Mission Statement:

Great Plains College is a community college with campuses in Swift Current, Gravelbourg, Maple Creek and Shaunavon. The college has merged with Prairie West Regional College to form Great Plains College. As such, it will also have campuses in Biggar, Kindersley, Rosetown, Outlook and Warman. CHC offers certificate and diploma programs in business, community services and health, as well as several pre-employment and technical training programs for the trades. Students at CHC can begin university degrees in Arts or Science, can take transfer courses for Business and Kinesiology, and can enroll in several pre-professional programs. Some of the university courses are taught in-class, while others are online or are televised. Cypress Hills College has men's and women's varsity teams in volleyball and basketball.
