Mission Statement:

For over 180 years, the University of Toronto (U of T) has been building a tradition of teaching and research excellence. U of T is the largest university in Canada, in one of the world's most multi-cultural cities. In order to feel a sense of belonging at the sprawling campus located in busy downtown Toronto, every undergraduate student at the St. George campus becomes a member of a smaller community through the multiple college system. U of T course offerings are comprehensive and cover all the major disciplines from architecture to medicine, arts, forestry, law, social work, theology and everything in between. With five campuses and several affiliated university colleges, U of T offers something for students with all interests.
