Mission Statement:

Founded in 1887, McMaster University is a medium-sized institution that offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs. Students can take courses and programs in business, engineering, health sciences, humanities, science and social sciences. In addition to these regular programs, McMaster offers "special programs" in arts and science, divinity, and indigenous studies; as well, McMaster operates innovative centers such as The McMaster Institute of Environment & Health and The Institute on Globalization and the Human Condition.
