BROCK UNIVERSITY

Mission Statement:

Opened in 1964, Brock University was named for Maj.-General Sir Isaac Brock, whose last words are said to have been "Surgite! Push on!"--which has become the University's motto. The University not only helps its students to "push on" in their studies and life advancement, but the school itself is pushing forward: to meet demand, new facilites have been commissioned, and new academic and co-op programs are being added across the faculties. With one of the largest co-op programs in Canada, Brock offers certificates and degrees in the faculties of Applied Health Sciences, Business, Education, Humanities, Mathematics & Science, and Social Sciences.
