LECORDON BLEU CULINARY ARTS INSTITUTE - OTTAWA
Mission Statement:Established in 1988, Le Cordon Bleu's Ottawa campus is one of the institute's more than 30 schools across five continents. Classes are taught by classically trained French chefs who emphasize the rich heritage of French cuisine, but who also encourage students to develop their own palate, style and culinary knowledge in a unique, multicultural learning environment. The in-house Le Cordon Bleu Signatures Restaurant means students benefit from two instructive applications in one building, which contributes to a well-rounded and more complete education.
