Mission Statement:

Carlton Trail Regional College (CTRC) is a community college with offices and campuses in Humboldt, Davidson, Punnichy, Southey, Wakaw, Watrous and Wynyard. Through its on-site and distance learning programs, CTRC provides instruction in over 50 Saskatchewan communities. The college offers certificate programs in welding, pesticide application, the electrical trade, practical nursing and continuing care. Several of these courses are SIAST programs that are delivered by CTRC. Truck-driver training and an introductory Construction Trades program are also offered. CTRC students can take first-year university courses in English, Cree, history, business, law, health care, psychology, religious studies, political science, sociology and women's studies. Workshops, seminars, clinics and community classes, including several agricultural classes for farmers, are also offered.
