Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute is the only Canadian campus of Le Cordon Bleu, the world renowned culinary institute. Located in Canada's capital, Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa culinary arts programs, taught by master chefs, provides the opportunity to receive world class hands-on French culinary arts (cuisine) and pastry training. The techniques that are learned form the foundation of skills and knowledge that can be applied to any cuisine.
All classes are taught in a state-of-the-art facility with specially designed amphitheatres featuring close-circuit cameras, mirrors and audio systems for demonstrations classes and professional kitchens for practical hands-on training. The campus is also home to Le Cordon Bleu Bistro @ Signatures restaurant where students can put their skills into practice.
