Virtual Tour The full time program at the University of Saskatchewan (U of S) Language Centre has six levels of academic English. Courses are 10 weeks long and operate for 20 hours weekly. An outstanding program of recreational and cultural activities helps students make friends and practice English. Carefully selected homestays help them adapt to Canadian culture.

  • English students are considered students of the university and receive free computer ID's and student cards providing access to university gyms, pools, libraries, sporting events and computer labs
  • Qualified academic students can be granted conditional admission to undergraduate degree programs meaning they can move directly from English study into a degree program without additional English testing
  • Saskatoon and the U of S provide a fabulous environment for developing English skills since most local residence use only English in their daily lives
