St. Clair College welcomes students from around the world to Windsor where they will find Canada's southernmost (and hottest) College. St. Clair College offers both a safe environment and great programs leading towards university and Canadian work opportunities.

Institute OverviewInstitute Overview
Established in 1967, St. Clair College is a community college serving 8,500 full time and 23,000 part time students. Located in Windsor, Ontario, the College is in a community of 300,000 people surrounded by beautiful lakes, rivers, and within a close driving distance to Niagara Falls, Toronto, and the United States.

St. Clair has an acclaimed English Language Institute in addition to 90+ post-secondary and post-graduate programs, along with various university transfer agreements already in place.

Recognizing that scholarships represent a very important concern for international students, St. Clair has therefore introduced two innovative scholarship opportunities:
  • Universal Retention Scholarships - been enrolled for 3 semesters of full time academic program and have paid off their full international fee. Students with a cumulative GPA of first 2 full time semesters with a GPA of 3.0 - <3.5 will receive CAD$600. Students with a cumulative GPA of first 2 full time semesters of 3.5 - 4.0 will receive CAD$1,000.
  • Campus Care Scholarship - awards CAD$500 to students who have been enrolled for 3 full time academic semesters, students have their SIN numbers, and paid off their full international fee. Nominees can be self-applied/nominated, nominated by academic department, nominated by the international office, or others; other achievements such as leadership, community contributions, etc. The minimum 2 semesters cumulative GPA is 3.5. Also note that the International Office has the power/right to select winners based on selection criteria above. The distribution of the total scholarships are based on but not limited to the regions’ student population - such as: India 1/2, China 1/4, others 1/4. The quota can be transferred to other region if no qualified nominee in this region.
