About the School
Pickering College produces lifelong leaders who are socially responsible and academically prepared. Established in 1842, Pickering College is an independent co-educational boarding (Grades 7 - 12) and day school (Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12). The school offers a variety of enriched academic, athletic and leadership programs in a caring community, preparing students not only for university, but for life.

While the majority (75%) of the student population at Pickering College is Canadian, the balance of the students come from over 20 countries in the Caribbean, Europe, North America, and Asia each year - with no more than 15% coming from any one country.
