MEDICAL EXAMINATION REQUIREMENTS
You may be required to undergo a medical examination as part of your visa process. The visa officer in charge of your application will inform you if this is the case. The medical examination requirement is to protect the health and safety of Canadians, as well to avoid undue stress on Canada's health and social services system.

If a medical examination is required, your Canadian visa office can provide you a list of designated medical professionals who are authorised to perform the exam.
