French as a Second Language (FSL) summer programs run for different numbers of weeks through the summer months (anytime in June, July, August), and are designed to take advantage of the time when FSL students are not in other classes or school programs. Summer programs may be more intense than other programs and offer more condensed hours of instruction and study. They are ideal for secondary and post-secondary international students wishing to study in Canada. Summer FSL programs may be offered at high schools, colleges, universities and private language institutes.
